Wanted:Ideas
I need some ideas, my mom and I are going to repurpose some of her t-shirts by appliqueing some different designs onto them but we can't think of many things to do. We have a flower, her initials and number of kids, an apple, and just using graphic fabric. What shapes or designs do you think we should do?

Fat little birds sitting on a simple tree branch with a leaf or two come to mind. Also, you could try freezer paper stencilling. It's easy and you can do lots of designs with it. I've seen some t shirts with very complex graphics done this way. Have fun!
